At 51, our menu features the talents of our brand new Executive Chef as he brings out the multicultural flare into this New American based Menu. 51 Wharf is proud to welcome Chef Kevin Soucy as he shares a coalesce of rich flavors you will experience at 51 Wharf during lunch and dinner.

Local cod seared with fresh sage leaves and imported prosciutto. Served over white bean succotash with lemon brown butter 

Casco Bay Sauté

Local shrimp, scallops & Ahi tuna sautéed with ginger-citrus sauce and served with herbed basmati rice 

Cumin Rubbed Petite Pork Chop

Center-cut boneless pork chop rubbed with fresh ground cumin seed, grilled and served over a black bean polenta cake with mole verde and fresh cilantro 

Red Snapper Ceviche

Fresh snapper diced and marinated with Serrano chiles, lime and cilantro. Served chilled over bean thread noodles and cucumber salad 

Veal Ravioli

House –made ravioli stuffed with ground veal and wild mushrooms. Sautéed in olive oil with fresh basil, thyme, red pepper flakes and topped with shaved Pecorino 

Spicy Glazed Chicken Breast

Maple-Chipotle glazed organic chicken breast, roasted and served with rice and black beans 

New York Strip

Petite strip steak grilled and topped with gorgonzola. Served with shitake mushrooms, sherry pan sauceand roasted garlic mashers  

Chicken Confit

Organic chicken confit leg with roast tomato coulis over herbed basmati rice
